The way we support

  1. Project: Our project include small setup to large setup including office setup, network setup, new server/rack, application, hardware setup, office relocation and anything related to IT
  2. Ongoing support: We provide monthly support to customer based on the customer requirement. We certain number of remote support hour and onsite visit include with those hours. We are looking after day to day job include server management, update, general IT support, and so on
  3. On call Support: Some of our customer they only need IT support once or twice a month or year. Simply they call us and we provide remote support or onsite support as required
